Terms of Service

By installing or using the Shovel for Discogs browser extension (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


The Service

Shovel for Discogs lets you queue and listen to music releases while browsing Discogs, play videos via YouTube, and optionally manage your YouTube playlists. The Service is provided free of charge for personal use.


Third-Party Services

  • The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google security settings.

  • Your use of Discogs through the Service is subject to Discogs’ own terms of service.

  • The Service is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discogs, YouTube, or Google.


Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Do not use the Service in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or the third-party services it connects to.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content available through third-party services will remain available.

Changes and Discontinuation
